Deep Sent does not create inboxes, conversation lists, or store content.
Every message is an independent delivery and ends immediately after being sent.
1. Product Design Principles
- Messages are sent one-way only (no conversations)
- No contact lists or social connections are created
- No long-term storage of message content locally or on servers
- Delivery completes the message lifecycle; messages cannot be recovered
2. Information We Collect
During normal use of Deep Sent:
- We do not collect, read, or analyze your messages
- We do not store any communication history
- We do not build social graphs or user profiles
To ensure basic functionality, minimal necessary information may be used, including:
- Device information (OS version, device model) for compatibility and stability
- System-generated push tokens used solely for message delivery
3. Message Handling
- Messages exist only temporarily during transmission
- Delivered messages are automatically cleared
- Messages cannot be retrieved, viewed again, or restored
4. Third-Party Services
Deep Sent may rely on compliant system-level services for essential functionality, such as:
- Apple Push Notification Service (APNs)
These services are used exclusively for message delivery and do not store any content.
5. Data Security
We take reasonable technical measures to protect message transmission. However, since Deep Sent does not store messages, delivered messages cannot be retrieved.

User Conduct
1. User Notice
- You understand and agree that to provide instant push alerts, the app uses your device processor, network, and notification permissions. Data charges may apply and are borne by you.
- You understand and agree that this is an instant push service: messages appear only in system notifications, no in-app history is provided, and push content is not stored on servers. We are not liable for delivery failures or delays due to device settings, system limits, or network issues.
- You may choose not to grant certain permissions or revoke them, which may cause related features to be unavailable.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your device, account, and authorizations. Any loss caused by your actions or omissions is your responsibility.
- You should judge the legality and appropriateness of content you encounter; you are responsible for the consequences of content you send or receive.
2. Prohibited Conduct
You must comply with laws, regulations, and this policy, and must not engage in any of the following behaviors:
- Create, copy, publish, or distribute illegal content, including but not limited to:
- Content that endangers national security, discloses state secrets, subverts state power, or undermines national unity
- Terrorism, extremism, ethnic hatred or discrimination, or content that undermines ethnic unity
- Rumors that disrupt social order or stability
- Obscene, pornographic, gambling, violent, gory, or criminally inciting content
- Insults, defamation, harassment, or infringement of others' reputation, privacy, or lawful rights
- Content that infringes on minors' lawful rights or harms their physical or mental health
- Other content prohibited by law
- Send spam, advertisements, harassment, or engage in bulk messaging or induced sharing that disrupts user experience.
- Use plug-ins, scripts, or automated programs to use the app or interfere with its normal operation.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, crack, or attempt to obtain the source code or compromise security mechanisms.
- Use the app for fraud, phishing, or to spread viruses/malware or other security threats.
- Collect, copy, store, use, or transmit others' personal information or communications data without explicit consent.
3. Zero Tolerance & Enforcement
If you publish or distribute illegal or inappropriate content, or engage in harassment, insults, or fraud, we will enforce a zero-tolerance policy and may take one or more of the following actions:
- Issue warnings or require corrective actions
- Restrict or suspend some features
- Delete, block, or disconnect related content
- Ban accounts or terminate services
- Report to authorities and cooperate with investigations
4. Reporting & Complaints
- You can report or block via system notification actions such as "Report" or "Block".
- For dispute handling and compliance needs, we may retain and provide necessary information to relevant parties or regulators.
5. Assumption of Risk & Responsibility
You are responsible for your use of the app and any consequences. If your conduct causes harm to others, you shall bear independent liability.
6. Other
If services are suspended or terminated due to violations of this policy or laws, you understand that you may lose access to related features and we have no obligation to restore any data or services.

2. User Responsibilities

- You are responsible for all content you send
- Understand and accept that messages cannot be recalled or recovered
If you feel disturbed, you can long-press the notification message to take action. The system will provide options such as reporting the content or blocking the sender. We will verify the reported content and, if confirmed, remove the relevant content and take appropriate action on the related user to reduce unnecessary disturbance and avoid receiving inappropriate content; meanwhile, you can also disable notifications in system settings or in the app at any time. Please note that you will not receive any alerts after disabling them.
3. Functional Limitations
- No message history is available
- Messages cannot be recalled or viewed again
- Delivery may be affected by network or system conditions
